Its funny how white pumpkins have become so popular. I remember going to a pumpkin patch years ago with Mr. T and picking one up for the first time. We brought them home along with some orange pumpkins and displayed them in front of my house. It didn't take long before a thief came by. They stole all of the orange pumpkins but left the white one behind. I think these days, the opposite might occur!
Since I've been spending more time on Etsy lately because of my own shop, I've been amazed at the beautiful things that people make. Today, I spotted this pumpkin ...
I thought it was so sweet. Then, I started looking for other white pumpkins and this is what I came across.
This one is hand blown glass. Isn't it amazing?
I SO want a white pumpkin soap!
This one makes me wish I knew how to knit.
Love this photo ...
One more ... this pincushion. Adorable!
Beautiful things, don't you agree? I find it hard to be a seller sometimes because I want to buy everything I see!
Oh the white pumpkin love! I just love those little beauties.
ReplyDeleteHow beautiful! I've been seeing a lot of white pumpkins more often as well.
ReplyDeleteOoooh loving the white pumpkins!
ReplyDeleteCannot believe someone stole the pumpkins off your porch! That just blows me away.
Yep, I love white, and that includes for pumpkins. These were all very interesting, lovely versions of the white pumpkin!! Have a great weekend!

ReplyDeleteCan't wait.
Those are really beautiful, and I can TOTALLY relate! As a brand new dealer just starting out, the hardest thing by far has been giving up my treasures...I want to keep everything, too!
ReplyDeleteHave a great weekend,

HOW CUTE! I love white pumpkins, as well. I have never seen a real one, isn't that crazy? Besides the tiny little ones you can buy. But I have a few fakes ones, and I've considered actually painting my orange pumpkins this year. I'd love to paint them all white and lime green, polka dotted, and striped. I just love any sort of unique pumpkin. My husband scolded me last year for coming home with $70 worth of funky green, warped, warty, gourds and pumpkins from the farmer's market. But at least I got to look at them and fall in love with them every day!
ReplyDeleteHave a great weekend!
Cute!! We picked up several pumpkins last year at a pumpkin patch -- I do love the white ones! I swear they even had what looked like a blue pumpkin. If I come across one this year I'll post a photo.
ReplyDeleteWhat a cute idea.
