My First Tablescape Thursday

I was excited to see how my shell dishes would look set up for dessert, so I threw this together this morning while my girls were eating their pancakes.

I have no dessert for the cake plate, so you'll just have to use your imagination.

Check out all the other tablescapes on Between Naps on the Porch! Happy Thursday!

  1. I have never seen shell dishes like those and they are very pretty. The whole tablescape just screams "take me to the beach" and we just got back from the beach. Love it.

  14. Mrs. Cozy Home,
I found them in a small antique store in Harrington, DE. I think I may have paid $9 for 4 of them. No way I could pass them up! ;-)

  18. Melanie, what a beautiful tablescape! This was my first TT as well, and I know it's going to be so much fun, but I'm afraid I'll have to do a little shopping first! Love your blue, white and green inspiration rooms, and think that your bedroom and dining room are perfect redo projects to accomplish the same look. Please post them when you're finished - I can't wait to see how beautiful they're going to be!
